100% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 72 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

*A 5% service fee will be deducted from all refunds to credit cards.

*NOTE – Cancellations are not accepted from June 1st to August 30th. Reservations made during these dates are nonrefundable.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Our property is inspected upon your arrival and upon your departure. Unsatisfactory inspections will result in damage collections
Custom linens and white towels need to remain in home not on beach or on pool deck – stains will result in charges. Black cloths provided for makeup.
Our home is appointed with Molton Brown Toiletries for your use during your stay. Missing bottles will result in charges.
